I earned my BFA in Art Education from the University of Illinois in Urbana Champaign and created KID CREATIONS ART in 2002.
In the 15 years that I’ve been teaching, my students have ranged from ages 4 to 85. My experience includes teaching privately, in the
Public school setting, Park District classes, organized homeschool classes and co-ops, the Vineyard homeschool co-op, special events
such as birthday parties and book club gatherings, classes for the Green Meadows Girl Scout Organization, private classes held in
peoples homes and classes specially designed for the minds in motion memory loss group in Champaign, Illinois. All supplies are
Included in the class fee. I am married to Alan Brooks, a professional artist, and have 2 sons, Luke who is 16, and Jay who is 28.
